My client a division of a semi-state organisation have an upcoming role for an experienced Procurement Officer within the Construction sector Requirements: 3–5+ years' experience in public sector procurement (procurement as primary function).
Strong knowledge of Irish public procurement regulations and EU directives.
Proven experience using the eTenders platform.
Experience managing full end-to-end tender processes in a public sector setting.
Level 8 NFQ third-level qualification Relevant procurement qualification (or in progress) for senior-level applicants.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
Experience reporting to governance/compliance committees.
Experience developing or reviewing procurement policies and templates.
Experience delivering procurement training.
Full clean driving licence.
