Acuthor is a fully Irish-owned company and reseller of HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) components in Ireland.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Acuthor specializes in providing control instrumentation, including room controllers, sensors, thermostats, valves, and more for industrial and residential applications.

Acuthor is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales operations.
This role focuses on promoting and selling our extensive range of Siemens and affiliated brand instruments directly to mechanical contractors, OEMs, facility managers, and building management systems providers
Responsibilities Direct Sales: Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Ireland, focusing on the sales of discrete instrumentation products (e.g., pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, control valves).

Product Expertise: Provide customers with accurate technical information and product recommendations to ensure correct instrumentation is selected and installed.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in industries such as pharmaceutical, food processing, data centres, commercial buildings, and manufacturing.

Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets for instrumentation products.

Market Insight: Monitor and report on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal product and logistics teams to ensure timely quotations, order fulfilment, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business or a related technical field.

Experience: At least 3–5 years' experience in technical sales or field instrumentation, ideally within HVAC, process control, or building automation sectors.

·In-depth knowledge of instrumentation technologies and their applications.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Proficient in interpreting technical documentation and specifications.

·CRM software familiarity and basic MS Office competency.

·Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
