This role is pivotal in ensuring that complex data centre infrastructure meets rigorous global standards.
As the Quality Lead, you will oversee the implementation of the project's Quality Management System (QMS), bridging the gap between design specifications and physical installation across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines.
Core Responsibilities Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Program, ensuring all site activities align with client standards and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Coordination: Lead client-facing quality meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for quality-related escalations and reporting.
Quality Control (QC): Oversee the inspection and testing plans (ITPs) for MEP systems and CSA works, ensuring seamless handovers between construction and commissioning teams.
Schedule Integration: Collaborate with project planners to integrate quality milestones (e.g., Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Integration Tests) into the master construction schedule.
Documentation: Manage project administration related to quality, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and final handover documentation.
Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 10 years of total construction experience, with a proven track record in large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of direct experience in Quality Control and/or Commissioning of MEP equipment.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a comprehensive quality program and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Project Controls: Solid understanding of construction scheduling, project administration, and/or project management principles.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong client-facing presence with the ability to lead high-stakes meetings and influence stakeholders.
