We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to take on the role of Team Leader / Supervisor Assistant in Galway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the shop supervisor or manager with daily operations and overseeing staff schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing leadership and guidance to junior shop assistants, assisting with their training and development.
* Assisting the shop supervisor or manager with opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and store maintenance.
* Handling escalated customer inquiries or issues, resolving complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving skills.
Main Skills & Qualifications:
1. A minimum 6 months experience in Team Management or Supervisor Assistant role in Retail is required
