We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our Community Intervention Team in CIT, Westmeath.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide acute nursing care in community settings, helping patients avoid hospital admissions and facilitating early discharge.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
* 2 days per week availability, with flexibility to work weekends as needed
* Ability to travel to Mullingar
* Valid driver's license and access to a car
