We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Director to lead our large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction project in Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and ensure the Safety & Health of all persons working on or visiting the site.
* Promote compliance with the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans.
* Monitor day-to-day site activities of contractors, ensuring they complete their contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.
* Be familiar with contract scope, technical documentation package, contract price details, and fabrication/supply/construction programme.
* Closely coordinate work with other personnel to ensure interfaces between contractors (co-activity) are well coordinated and that all stakeholders are fully informed.
* Participate in daily inspections to ensure required standards are achieved; witness tests or inspections as required under the Inspection and Test Plan.
* Track and review all contractors' technical RFI's, submittals, purchases, etc., and refer to QA/QC manager or Field Engineering team for input/resolution/approvals.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 15 years construction and/or mechanical experience.
* No less than ten years' site experience.
* Degree educated or exceptionally strong trades' background.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Life Science, Mission Critical, or similarly complex project experience is highly desirable.
