Apply today for a January startProject Manager Roles and Responsibilities:Our client is seeking an experienced Technology Security leader to develop and deliver our enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy across IT and OT environments. This senior management role will work closely with executive stakeholders to manage cyber risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen organisational resilience.What is involved:Define and deliver a multi-year Technology Security Strategy aligned to business objectivesLead IT/OT risk assessments, cyber risk treatment plans, and compliance (including NIS2)Own and maintain the ISMS in line with ISO 27001:2022Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity from a technology perspectiveProvide executive-level reporting, metrics, and risk insight to senior leadership and the boardManage third-party security suppliers, managed services, and security due diligenceEmbed security into cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, M365), projects, and data governanceWhat you need:8+ years' experience across IT, OT, or hybrid environments (energy, utilities, or shared services preferred)Strong expertise in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and OT securityExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical risk into business impactProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or GICSP preferredMaster's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent desirableWhat's on offer:€100k-€115k depending on experienceHybrid working model- 2 days per week on siteCompetitive benefits packageApply NowIf you would like to discuss this opportunity in person or with one of our IT Resourcers please forward your CV to Vantage Resources or contact Eric Seeryon or for a confidential discussion.
