Weekend/night work and flexibility is required in this position.
Duties include; Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner according to Ballymagarvey Village standard operational procedures Ensure Bar is well stocked at all times Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell Ensure the highest standards of hygiene & cleanliness are maintained throughout bar & service areas Provide support to other departments as necessary Handling cash and credit card payments Requirements; Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in busy Bar Excellent command of the English language is essential Own transport required Benefits; Staff uniform Staff meals Training & development opportunities Skills: Professional Teamwork Excellent customer service Mixology.
