We are now heralded as one of Ireland's most exciting retail stores, with a host of award-winning cafes, restaurants and food markets crammed with artisanal ingredients from near and far.Accounts Payable SpecialistKilmacanogue, WicklowAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have responsibility for the following:Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:Matching invoices & delivery dockets in order to process.Processing of AP invoices / credit notes on Epos, M4A and Oracle.Supplier Set Up's / Updating Bank detailsMonthly creditor reconciliations for all accounts.Preparing an Accruals list and Quarter End files for the Financial Controller.- Preparing the monthly/weekly payment run -Preparing the commission figures for the various concessions within the Avoca branches.Key RequirementsA minimum of 2 years accounts payable or similar experience.Strong attention to detailDemonstrated knowledge of general accounting proceduresBe professional, punctual and organized.Proactive, practical, and flexible approach to workAbility to prioritise tasks and use discretion to multitask.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient IT Skills, (particularly Microsoft Excel)Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.Why work with us?We're always on the lookout for like-minded folks to join our merry band of men and women.
