About Your New Job As a Financial Analyst, you will: Analyze, assess, and report on key financial data and performance metrics. Conduct regulatory assessments, including financial analysis and evaluation of evidence, and report findings and recommendations. Evaluate financial viability, forecasting, and alignment to strategy, business plans, financial risk, and stress testing. Manage and deliver financial reviews, consolidation, and trend analysis, including financial risks, treasury, and debt management. Develop reports and presentations, including quarterly reports, and manage stakeholder relationships. Contribute to the development and implementation of policy and procedures. What Skills You Need as a Financial Analyst Significant experience in a financial, regulatory, or compliance environment with a strong focus on financial analysis and/or management. Demonstrable experience working with complex financial data. Qualification (Level 7 of NFQ) or equivalent experience in accounting, financial analysis, governance, compliance, or audit. Desirable: Qualified accountant or similar finance-related qualification. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data and identify key themes and findings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating financial information to both financial and non-financial experts.
