Role Description
This is a full-time, road‑based Field Sales Representative position based in Dublin.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Identifying sales opportunities and driving new business
Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Providing exceptional customer service
Acting as a self‑starter with a passion for sales
Compensation
Basic salary €42,000 – €45,000 per annum with open‑ended commission, total expected earnings €53,000+ (OTE).

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in field sales or a related role
Ability to meet sales targets and goals
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of personal protective clothing and safety equipment is a plus
Full driver’s licence
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
