Key Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and supervision to ensure person-centred service delivery.
* Ensure that each person's life reflects the organisation's core values and personal outcome measures.

Requirements
">
* Registered Nurse (RNID/RNMH) with current registration or BA in Applied Social Studies (Disability)/Social Care.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, including managing behaviours that challenge and complex needs.
* Experience in staff supervision and up-to-date knowledge of relevant policy and legislation.
* Strong leadership, management, planning, goal setting, and review skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Full clean manual driving license and ability to drive manual vehicles.
