This individual will be responsible for delivering change management on large, cross-functional system/process implementations and providing change management training, tools, templates and support to our internal BPR Project Managers. In this role you will partner with AppleCare project and functional teams based in the US, EMEIA and APAC to help support the roll out of a multi-year program. You will deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans.
