Procurement & Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing | Tipperary
Are you a strategic, results-driven supply chain professional ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in County Tipperary. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations — from sourcing raw materials to ensuring on-time product delivery — all while driving efficiency, value, and performance across the business.
What you’ll do
* Lead and optimise the full supply chain — procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
* Build and manage strong supplier relationships, negotiating best-value contracts and ensuring quality and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to align material flow with business needs.
* Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and digitalisation initiatives to enhance performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or similar (CIPS/APICS certification a plus).
* 5+ years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of supplier management success.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
