Key Financial Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring the accurate flow of financial information to stakeholders. They will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and support to drive business success.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the accounting function with diligence and precision.
* Oversee financial transactions and accountancy matters with expertise.
* Prepare comprehensive management accounts and financial information for board meetings.
* Coordinate annual accounts preparation and audit processes.
* Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, VAT, payroll, bank reconciliations, and payments efficiently.
Requirements:
* Hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Possess circa 10 years' experience in finance, with a strong track record of achievements.
* Demonstrate exceptional Excel, QuickBooks, and Xero skills.
* Exhibit analytical and computer skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Display integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
