Job Title
Front Office Supervisor is a key role within our hotel operations. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in this capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise Front Desk operations during assigned shifts to ensure high standards of service and quality.
* Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, special offers, VIP guests, and special events to inform team members and maximize sales opportunities.
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork to achieve excellence.
* Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service.
* Ensure the professional and hospitable appearance of the Front Desk at all times.
