My Client is looking for a tenured PA/Administrator and bookkeeper to join his business to support and work closely with him.
Job Specification includes but not limited to: Directly assisting the CEO with administrative duties including invoice processing, banking and payments and the maintenance of records for tax return preparation.
Managing incoming correspondence to the CEO (post, calls and emails) and being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, including from a small number of tenants.
The management and maintenance of the CEO's files and filing systems.
Assisting the CEO with meetings including the scheduling of meetings, agenda circulation and the recording of minutes and actions as and when required.
Making travel arrangements for the CEO and assisting the wider group with the booking of travel, accommodation and meeting rooms.
Other ad hoc duties and errands as required by the CEO from time to time.

Financial Acumen: Proficiency in finance or bookkeeping practices.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern office software and tools.
Previous Experience Required: Experience in finance or bookkeeping, including banking and payments and assisting with the preparation of tax-related documents.
Experience as a Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant.
