This role sits at the core of AI delivery, driving systems that manage onboarding, compliance, workflow, and performance for a global workforce producing high quality training data for machine learning models.
You will work cross functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Operations to turn strategy into shipped product and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities * Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for an internal AI workforce platform * Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities * Embed AI driven functionality across onboarding, training, assessment, and workflows * Partner with engineering and data science to deliver scalable, automated solutions * Drive user centred design through research, testing, and feedback loops * Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy are built into the platform * Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration * Use analytics to measure efficiency, engagement, and platform performance * Align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and communicate progress clearly Requirements * 5 plus years' experience as a Product Manager on internal tools or enterprise platforms * Strong grasp of onboarding workflows, compliance led systems, and UX fundamentals * Experience delivering AI enabled products or working closely with ML teams * Proven roadmap ownership and outcome focused prioritisation * Excellent stakeholder management and decision making skills * Exposure to AI data labelling or training workflows is a plus What We Offer * Competitive salary with bonus and full benefits * High impact product role influencing AI quality and scalability * Exposure to cutting edge AI and large scale data operations * Remote or hybrid working model * Clear progression in a fast growth technology environment * Inclusive, delivery focused culture Equal opportunities employer.
