The Role:
* Advise on data protection, AI, digital platforms, and regulatory risk
* Draft and negotiate commercial tech agreements and privacy terms
* Support on GDPR, AI governance, and cross-border compliance projects
* Work with global clients in tech, media, and digital services
* Collaborate with senior lawyers across the UK, EU, and US
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in technology, privacy, or data law
* Trained in a tech-focused in-house legal team or top-tier tech law firm
* Strong knowledge of GDPR and interest in AI & emerging tech regulation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about innovation
