* BUILD and maintain effective relationships with contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and documentation standards.
* Conduct regular fleet audits and ensure minimum compliance checks are met, identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage procurement and tendering processes to secure the best deals for the company.
* Continuously review route networks to ensure efficiency and value for money, implementing changes as needed.

Requirements
