Responsibilities

* Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand needs, and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
* Sales Delivery: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
* Customer Experience: Handle queries and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Store Operations: Support daily administrative tasks, including stock control, data entry, and cash handling.
* Product and Policy Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with eir’s offerings and store policies to ensure compliant service delivery.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed of competitor offerings to provide relevant information.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Confidence engaging with customers, effective communication, positive target-driven mindset, interest in mobile, broadband, and tech.
* Experience: 1–2 years in retail or sales is desirable; relevant life experience considered.
* Other: Ability to work evenings and weekends as per store hours.
