Fit-Out Site & Project Managers – Dublin
INFORM3 are recruiting for Fit-Out Site & Project Managers to work on offices, bars, restaurants and retail units across Dublin. The successful candidates will join a specialist fit-out contractor that has been nominated and presented with countless awards for their top-quality projects. The client is seeking candidates that are like minded with regarding to taking pride in their work and ensuring projects are finished to perfection.
Fit Out Site & Project Managers Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Contracts Manager
* Direct and coordinate each site as per the project programme
* Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
* Conduct progress meetings, measuring against deadlines
* Regularly make record of site activities and progress with the site diary
* Monitor and control all levels of workmanship
* Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
* Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
* Check machinery and equipment to ensure that it is fit for purpose
* Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
* Alert the various site teams to client’s specific requirements ensuring they expectations are surpassed
* Attend and Chair Site Meetings
Fit-Out Site & Project Managers Specification:
* Construction Management Degree / background
* 4 years plus experience in a similar role
* Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
* Able to manage and motivate
* Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Full Driving License
