Person in Charge - Social Care Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Person in Charge to lead our residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.




Main Responsibilities:


* Provide strong leadership to staff, ensuring a culture of respect, dignity, and person-centred practice.

* Liaise with senior management regarding service planning, quality improvement, and risk management.

* Prepare and lead HIQA inspections, audits, and follow-up action plans.

Preqrequisites include:
A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification.

An established track record at similar level incluing strategic planing experience is required.

The ideal candidate should also possess a full clean driving license (B) eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
