To learn more, visit us at Job DescriptionThis role shall assist the Business Operations Controls Function to support the management of the Business Review Group ("BRG"), a form to oversee New Business mandates. Tracking of mandates from proposal to launching, providing challenge and ensuring adherence to documented Controls and assisting in escalation and issue solving to minimize operational risk.This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business and to be involved in supporting senior members of the Controls function, who sit within the 1st Line of defence.Core ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Global Head of Controls ("GHOC"), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Coordination of new and existing mandates to be presented to the BRG at twice weekly meetings, ensuring timely and complete information is provided.Reviewing of New Business documents to identify operational complexities / risks which need to be consideredAttendance at the BRG. Record and track to closure of Action Points identified to a satisfactory resolution, ensuring all records are documented in a concise and clear manner.
