This is a highly technical and demanding role that involves providing essential support for all trading, operational, and market data systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems in a high-pressure, live trading environment. This position requires someone who can make critical technical decisions under pressure and manage complex projects to enhance our support tools and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem and Application Support: Provide primary support to trading desks and development teams, ensuring the smooth operation of all trading and operational systems.System Maintenance and Deployment: Manage the deployment of new software releases and upgrades, ensuring successful and seamless integration into the trading environment.Proactive Monitoring: Monitor all systems and alerts to maintain 100% uptime during market hours.
