The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights, financial advice, and solutions to complex client and business challenges. The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Qualified Accountant will deliver advisory services across financial reporting, asset management, and aircraft leasing engagements. You will provide clients with technical accounting guidance, strategic advice, and practical solutions, while also supporting internal finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advisory support on accounting, reporting, and financial processes for asset/wealth management or aircraft leasing clients
* Review financial reports, audits, and reconciliations, providing expert insight on complex transactions
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for client projects
* Provide analysis and recommendations on financial performance, risk, and regulatory compliance
* Participate in advisory engagements, client meetings, and presentations
* Identify process improvements and best practices for clients and internal teams
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing
Candidate Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* 3-5 years' experience in accounting, audit, or finance advisory, ideally within
asset/wealth management or aircraft leasing
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and client advisory abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality advice under tight deadlines
* Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop a specialist advisory career
