Audit Manager | Large Firm

The role of Audit Manager involves overseeing a team of approximately 15 people involved in audit and accounting preparation.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will be:
* A qualified accountant with at least three years of post-qualification experience in a well-regarded SME, large firm, or Big 4 firm.
* A strong team player, with proven experience managing teams of 15 to 20 people.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practice accountant with audit and accounting experience to advance their career within a dynamic and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of audit and accounting engagements.
* Reviewing financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Reviewing CT and other tax returns prepared by junior staff.
* Providing mentorship and guidance to the team.
* Identifying opportunities to assist clients with additional accounting services that could benefit their business.
