About the team
We are looking for a Partnership Executive to join our
Dublin / Lisbon
office.
Our Partnerships team work with top tech brands such as Microsoft, Meta, Huawei, Datadog, Replit, Revolut and leading government agencies to partner across our global conferences.
Web Summit partners have the opportunity to participate in unique experiences for our attendees, whether it's an engaging exhibition, a masterclass series, exclusive branding, curated meetup or a high level networking event.
What you'll achieve
Develop and own your monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve your annual revenue target.
Identify and prospect the world's leading companies to create opportunities for them to elevate their brand and partner at our events.
Form relationships with Fortune 500 executives, scale-up founders, CIOs, Marketing VPs and events professionals.
Own the discovery and solution, considering our partner's priorities and the products which align with their target audience and goals.
Articulate the value of Web Summit's extremely diverse and technical audience.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Growth team to implement go-to-market strategies which win new partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing new and existing partners.
Contribute to the development of Web Summit's global expansion strategy, working as part of a close-knit team.
Skills we like to see
Ideally, 3 or more years of proven success working within a high growth or scale-up environment.
A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.
Current high performer with consistent achievement against targets and KPIs.
Experience within a complex sales environment with multiple channels, partnerships and stakeholders.
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management, using Salesforce or Hubspot as a CRM.
A genuine interest in technology and a growth mindset.
We offer an uncapped commission structure where top performers have the ability to earn between 40% to 100% or more OTE.
