Responsibilities
Project Management Support:
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advisory projects for daa International's global clients.
* Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
* Support the Advisory and Delivery teams in managing and developing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Content Development:
* Develop and prepare high-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analyses tailored to client needs.
* Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and clarity in project outputs
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Actively engage with external clients to gather information, present findings, and provide project updates.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
* Prioritize and resolve stakeholder's issues promptly and professionally.
Industry Insights and Travel:
* Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in aviation.
* Be prepared for regular international travel to support project delivery on-site at our global locations.
Qualifications
Experience
* One to three years' of professional experience preferably in aviation, consulting, or project management roles.
* Knowledge in one of the following areas; human capital development, airport operations, global business environments or programme management is highly desirable.

* Solid project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional-grade reports and presentations.
* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management software.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage workload in a dynamic and demanding working environment.
* Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities.
* Ability to work constructively in a team and successfully contribute to group objectives.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation management, business, economics, or engineering).
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
