Job Title: Care Support Specialist
We provide support to children with intellectual disabilities in our Children's Respite Services. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young people and their families.
The primary focus of this position is to deliver therapeutic interventions and practical support to individual children/young people. This will involve:
* Nursing support where appropriate to meet the needs of the individual children/young people.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
