A well known multinational brand is looking to hire a Finance Manager for a highly commercial finance role within the North Dublin head office. This is a varied Finance role with a highly commercial aspect to it. They need someone also with very strong debit and credits along with cash management.Salary circa €90,000 plus benefits DOE.Key Responsibilities of the Finance ManagerControllingPerform Month-End Financial Results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Accruals, Provisions)Monthly Variance Analysis of expected costs and benefits vs Rolling Forecast/BudgetProvide an insightful overview of main financial Fleet KPI's, give visibility on deviations and propose action plans to Local Stakeholders and Group Fleet TeamProvide financial analysis to the Group for IrelandPlanningConstruct and Plan the Fleet Budget and Rolling Forecast for the future Fleet P&LManage the Approval and Signing of Local Contracts process.Oversee and Validate Fleet Plan constructed by Fleet Planning ManagerPost mortem analysis of vehicles to find opportunities to support Business StrategySupport the Fleet approval process for OEM contracts and Funding requirements being submitted to the Group Fleet Committee.Ensure the monthly Fleet plan is aligned with the Financing planTreasuryProvide the Company's treasury expertise and guidanceEnsure the monthly Financing plan is aligned with the Fleet planPreparation of daily, 13 week and long term cash forecastingManaging the cash position daily / weekly through the cash flow forecastEnsuring any financing draw downs and repayments are executed in a timely manner to ensure the Company has the necessary liquidity at all times in a cost efficient fashion.Ensure month end related treasury tasks including bank reconciliations and Sage reportingEnsure compliance at all times with fleet funding requirements with local finance houses and SecuritisationMaintaining and developing key relationships with our banking partnerKey requirements of the Finance ManagerQualified Accountant with a recognised body- ACA/ACCA/CIMAStrong Analytical SkillsExpert QlikView SkillsExpert Excel Modelling SkillsStrong Presentation SkillsExcellent Commercial AcumenAt least 3 Years post qualification experience in IndustryRelevant industry experience preferable but not essentialDesired Skills and ExperienceSenior Accountant, Finance Manager, FP&A, Treasury, Financial AnalystRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
