Role Purpose An Post Mobile is the mobile phone brand from An Post, available in any of our post offices and /mobile. We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy and customer-obsessed Proposition and Retention Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of base management strategy and executiondriving growth, loyalty, and revenue across our customer base. You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, product innovation, and customer experience, with a sharp focus on how we serve, retain, and upsell to our existing users. What youll do: Lead base management initiatives across retention, loyalty, and upsell, using all available market and customer insights to shape compelling propositions. Devise retention campaigns to reduce churn of valued customers Create campaigns to identify and reactivate inactive accounts React to changing market landscape with relevant offers Responsible for the end-to-end execution of base management campaigns, including responsibility for leading the go-to-market workstream. Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Digital, Data, and Sales to roll out commercially impactful campaigns and programs to our existing base. Track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations and amendments, where necessary, for future activity. Track and report on commercial KPIs. Use insights gained tooptimise retention and pricing strategies for the existing basebalancing customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Own the in-life journey for our mobile customers. Deliver projects on existing roadmap of change, and, working with the CX team, identify and remedy new pain points with a view to maximising customer satisfaction and tenure. Be the voice of the customer regarding all proposition changes that are made, both longer term pricing and tactical offers. Champion customer led decision making, with customer motivations, barriers and behaviours as key drivers of the proposition Support website functionality, updates and performance while adhering to overall An Post brand policy and compliance. Demonstrate An Post values and behaviours in your day-to-day work and address behaviour that supports/conflicts with them. What Were Looking For The successful candidate will have at least35 years' experience in product, proposition, or commercial management within thetelecoms or mobile market. You will demonstrate strong, understanding of base management and an ability to design and execute base management campaigns. You are passionate about delivering customer excellence and consistently adopt a customer-first approach. A knowledge or understanding of marketing and social media campaigns and of the An Post retail network and Omni channel environments is also required. You will have a proven track record in delivering under pressure with the ability to excel and lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, can develop strong, robust working relationships with internal teams and have the ability to turn strategy into action across multiple touchpoints. Naturally curious, you have a data-driven mindset and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences. You are someone who is comfortable leading and making decisions, but also happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality in everything you do. You are self-motivated, and driven with the leadership skills and energy to enthuse and engage colleagues at all levels within An Post with the An Post Mobile business agenda.
