Role Description
This is a Full Time role for a Client Care Supervisor working in the field. The Client Care Supervisor will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and manage support for ongoing care plans. Core responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, managing service requests, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality care delivery. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Strong Analytical Skills for identifying client needs and assessing care quality
* Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients, families, and team members
* Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related industries is a must
* Full QQI Level 5 in Healthcare and Level 6 in Healthcare Supervisory Management or working towards
* Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high organizational standards
