As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be providing a first-class customer experience, while maximising sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The smooth running of the service department is vital to our business, and you will become a key element of the team.
Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from the first contact right through to the customer collecting their vehicle.
Detailing customer requirements on job cards and invoices.
Assist in monitoring the work in progress and report any issues to management.
Liaising and having open communication with both our Parts Department and Technicians.
Keeping the customer informed and updated on the progress of the works being carried out.

To ensure that all parts requested have been ordered & charged for correctly.
