An exciting opportunity for a Strategic Operations and Supply Chain Lead has arisen in a growing multinational organisation.
This pivotal senior leadership role oversees end-to-end operations and supply chain activities, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will shape the operational strategy, lead a talented local team, and drive alignment between global and regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead high-performing teams across Supply, Planning, and Order Management.
* Design and implement strategic operations and supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.
* Oversee demand and supply planning using Anaplan (or similar tools) and manage system integration with Microsoft Great Plains.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to drive data-led forecasting and decision-making.
* Manage supplier relationships, 3PL partners, and logistics operations across EMEA.
* Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and environmental regulations.
* Lead process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to streamline order management, invoicing, and reporting.
* Define, monitor, and report key operational KPIs including on-time delivery, service levels, cost efficiency, and lead-time reduction.
* Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
