Role / Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage check-ins and check-outs with precision and efficiency.
* Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and local recommendations.
* Ensure every guest receives VIP treatment throughout their stay.
Requirements
* A passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with OPERA knowledge preferred but not essential.
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
