About The Role

Knight Frank Ireland is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team. This position requires a commercially minded property professional with a deep understanding of the new‑build market, exceptional client‑facing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with developers, purchasers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will represent Knight Frank's standards of service and market expertise, guiding buyers through the full sales journey while delivering high‑quality advice, accurate reporting, and consistent sales performance.

Role Responsibilities:

* Manage the pre-sales process from client deposit to contract to closing for multiple schemes
* Manage all queries and issues raised by Purchasers, Developers and Solicitors
* Gain a thorough understanding of all stages of a site development plans from initial plans to completion assisting management team on advising developer clients
* Monitor and analyse new homes market and new developments across the market for comparable information
* Prepare client reports and present at weekly progress meetings with developers, solicitors and site managers
* Produce various weekly reports and insights on sales for the developers
* Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to business pipeline
* Guide each purchaser through the sales process to include snagging and guidance closing on their property
* Leading site sales area Management
* Take the lead on and advise clients on digital and social media promotion of allocated projects
* Other adhoc duties as required

Role Requirements:

* A professional qualification in property (IPAV, SCSI, RICS or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.
* PSRA Licence B.
* Minimum 2 years experience in New Homes, or 3+ years experience in Residential Sales.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
