We are looking for a receptionist / administrator to join Ireland's top dental clinics in a full time role.
Our practice team is professional, trustworthy, dependable, friendly, highly motivated and full of initiative. We are looking for a candidate able to contribute positively as a part of the team.
Position will include:
* Front of house and general reception duties – greeting, welcoming and directing patients, answering incoming phone calls and handling correspondence.
* Offering administrative support by receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries, insurance processing and handling medical records and schedule management.
* Some flexibility is required as the hours for the position are varied and will include shift work.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional attitude and appearance.
* Pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
* Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Experience with iMac
* Ability to multitask with good time-management skills.
* High school degree; an additional certificate in Office Management and/or Administration is a plus.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
