Key Responsibilities as EHS Advisor Lead:
1. Drive towards an embedded HS&E culture by promoting preventative actions, reducing injuries, and enhancing environmentally friendly operations.
2. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation among employees and sub-contractors.
3. Communicate effectively through modern software to direct business presented in procedures, bulletin material, verbal support mentoring coaching root cause analysis of accidents preventing recurrence site safety inspections accident dangerous occurrence investigations designated area responsibility review method statements safe plans action liaise site managers health safety documentation up-to-date project sites maintain track accident dangerous occurrence register attend whiteboard meetings deliver toolbox talks chair project safety meetings drive champion best practice conducting training new existing employees importance health job suggesting improvements existing compliance monitoring auditing planning strategy delivery cultural behavioural change act representative outside agency audits inspections regarding health safety management risk assessments.
