Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our accounting, financial control, and reporting function across several entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and oversee monthly management accounts, providing insights and variance analysis.
* Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all accounts are properly maintained and supported.
* Manage the annual audit process across certain entities and oversee the preparation of annual financial statements.
* Develop and maintain robust financial controls across the group.
* Provide expert technical accounting advice to business as required.
This role requires a qualified accountant with at least 5 years' PQE, preferably with people management experience. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, solid business acumen, and a commercial mindset to deliver balanced solutions and recommendations.
