With almost 20 establishments across France, they offer a winning combination of unique English beers, excellent food, warm hospitality and regular events in all their sites. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the continued commercial and financial success of the property, while maintaining a supportive work environment filled with fun and developmental opportunities for the team. About You: 2+ years experience as Bar Manager / GM with a steady background in quality establishments. Fluent French, written and verbal. Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team. Excellent operational skills as well as a solid base of back-office management. Full financial understanding ability to react to the ever-changing needs of the business. The ability to lead from the front and develop & train the team where required. A result-driven and ambitious individual excited at the opportunity to grow your business. Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric business approach.
