Sales Performance Consultant
Deliver sales results through effective prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling of Personal Lines, Commercial and Agri business.
* Utilize consultative selling skills to meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the Sales Office.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling queries efficiently and escalating technical issues to relevant personnel as needed.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Company products and compliance requirements, completing relevant industry qualifications and CPD hours as required.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, participating in office tasks and providing relief to other Sales Offices as necessary.
* Develop strong working relationships with FBD Life and Pension Financial Advisors to enhance overall service delivery to customers.
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate rate improvements and administer Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business effectively.
* Support the Sales Executive/Branch Manager in achieving individual and team objectives.
* Assist with claims notifications and outstanding debit/premium collections, adhering to company procedures.
