* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality teams to meet operational targets.
* Inventory & Contractor Management: Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with external service providers.
Requirements:
* Recognised electrical trade qualification (Ireland or UK).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
* Strong fault-finding skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
