We are currently seeking a temporary Administrator to support the Nursing HR Administration Team during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone available immediately and can commit to a short-term assignment.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy HR/Nursing team, ensuring records and documentation are kept up to date and queries are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Nursing HR team.
* Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and routine queries professionally.
* Assist with paperwork (e.g. forms, permits, filing).
* Support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
Requirements

* Previous experience in an administration or clerical role.
* Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and email systems.
* Well organised with good attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
* Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
* Strong written and spoken English.
