About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this senior pensions administration position.
This is a challenging role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a senior member of the pensions administration team, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients with complex DB schemes.
* Manage a portfolio of premier clients ensuring highest level of accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure delivery of internal/external client specific service levels and that compliance deadlines are met
* Support and mentor the training and development of more junior colleagues on the client service team and provide support to other areas of the business as required
* Assist the pensions administration team manager in the running and development of the team
* Ad hoc project work
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have experience in DB Pensions Administration and possess excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
They will also have effective communication skills and a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service, as well as a flexible approach to work.
A high level of accuracy/attention to detail, high level of problem solving capability and a keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration are essential.
A good knowledge of the relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations is also necessary.
