Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a well known Firm to hire a Senior Finance Manager on a 15 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining the integrity of financial information in compliance with relevant legislation and internal accounting policies.
Oversee the month end close.
Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Develop the month-end close process, drive efficiencies and meet the changing needs of the business.
Lead the preparation of the annual budgeting process.
Coordinating and managing the completion of year end accounts.
Attending monthly meetings with the Finance Director to discuss financial performance of the firm and highlight key issues.
Business partnering with Heads of other departments to review their costs against budget.
Coordinating and manage the year end Statutory Audit.
Overseeing the implementation of audit recommendations and monitoring the ongoing compliance with these and other controls.
Reviewing and approving financial statements in accordance with recognised accounting standards and relevant legislation prior to presentation to the Audit Committee.
Manage and developing the Financial Reporting team of four.
Required Qualifications & Experience
ACA / ACCA qualified with 8+ years PQE and a minimum of 4 years experience in a management role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and resolve a wide range of finance issues.
