We are currently looking for a Director of Nursing - DON to lead our team and ensure we are offering the best standard of care to our Residents.
Responsibilities Conduct audits as directed by the management team or other authorised authorities to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Create, document, and track KPIs based on objectives set during management team meetings.
Serve as the official point of contact for handling compliments and complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Act as the officer in charge of investigations, including any reported safeguarding issues, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to policy.
Oversee the administration and organisation of the nursing home, ensuring smooth operational functioning.
Monitor and review daily work routines and systems, implementing improvements as required.
