* Be able to work in a physically demanding job (great way to get super fit)
* Collect and return customers' bins (along designated routes)
* Work outdoors with an early start (and early finish)
* Be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
* Comply with Health and Safety policies.
* Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner
