Member Experience Manager
An Anytime Fitness Member Experience Manager (MXM) is responsible for helping all members “Make Healthy Happen.” The MXM serves as a guidance counselor to all members, an educator and mentor for training staff, and a strategist for the owner/manager. The ultimate role of the MXM is to manage the entire club, including overseeing the Member Onboarding Process, which involves contacting prospects, conducting tours, selling coaching packages, performing fitness consultations, and managing the customer experience to ensure meaningful touchpoints for the member's lifetime.

Responsibilities
Follow up on sales leads and build a pipeline of prospective members
Participate in community-sponsored events and outside opportunities to promote the club
Network within the fitness industry to drive recognition and interest
Give tours to prospective members and enroll prospects after tours
Provide excellent member service and assist in resolving issues
Lead 1:1, small group, and team training sessions
Complete fitness consultations for new and existing members
Qualifications
Current CPR, AED, and personal training certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE)
Previous personal training experience in a fitness facility or private training environment
Experience in fitness club management software (e.g., Club OS, Club Ready, MyFitnessPal) is a plus
Desire to pursue sales and market club memberships and personal training
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate members
Positive attitude, coachability, and adaptability
Ability to coach and lead others to achieve goals
Empathy, compassion, and motivation to help members
Required Certification & Experience
Accredited Certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.)
Current CPR/AED certification
At least 2 years of personal training experience preferred

This is a full-time position for experienced fitness professionals who are certified and eager to coach and lead a team. Availability in mornings or evenings and some Saturdays is required, as hours are not typical 9-5. Serious inquiries only.
