HR Business Partner - Dublin - 12 month FTC MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The role: As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the business teams to achieve their goals through strategic people initiatives. You'll bring your HR expertise to areas such as organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, industrial relations, and performance development. The main responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance. Coach and support managers on culture, performance, succession, and people management. Lead and support organisational change initiatives. Provide expert advice on employment law, policies, and industrial relations. Engage with unions and lead employee relations processes. Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and wider HR projects. Drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness and engagement. The ideal candidate: Similar experience in a Senior HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience managing industrial relations and union engagements. Proven knowledge of Irish employment law. Third-level qualification in HR, Business or related field (CIPD preferred). What's on offer: Competitive base salary up to €65k. Bonus. Enhanced pension.
